COR5 Axis Cutting Head
The five-axis waterjet cutting system enables precise and efficient cutting of materials with complex shapes. It ensures maximum precision when cutting ceramics, stone, and non-ferrous metals. Thanks to simultaneous adjustment of the head’s tilt angles in the horizontal and vertical planes, full control over the cutting angle is possible. The maximum head tilt angle is 8°, and its precise adjustment effectively compensates for the conical shape of the jet and ensures perfect edges even when cutting difficult materials.
5Axis Cutting Head
This precise and reliable five-axis waterjet cutting head is designed for the most demanding waterjet cutting applications. Integrated with a three-axis platform, it enables three-dimensional machining in a single process, significantly increasing production efficiency. The head features: high structural rigidity,
resistance to deformation caused by ambient temperature, unlimited rotation of the C-axis, and the ability to chamfer at high angles. Its wide range of applications includes, among others, the production of automotive components, metal machining, and the cutting of non-metallic composite materials.
