Software

The NC Studio (Weihong) control system and the Japanese Yaskawa digital AC drive system. It covers a full range of motion control solutions for two to five axes, including dynamic five-axis cutting, addressing issues such as taper, tail drag, and other process challenges, and is used across many industries. The system includes a 17-inch monitor, features DNC processing, and displays a graphical simulation of the cutting path. It allows returning to any point along the original path and includes an automatic deceleration function at corners and curves.

Drives

A precision ball screw with spin-the-nut technology and high-resolution digital drives ensures highly accurate, rapid movement. A unique automatic lubrication system makes the equipment more durable and easier to maintain.

WaterJet Mini Hopper

A lightweight, space-saving abrasive dispenser. Abrasive flow is adjusted using easily replaceable metering discs. Transparent design for operator convenience. Waterproof abrasive dispensing system that prevents clogging. Simple, sleek, and easy to disassemble.

Water treatment system

A water treatment system with a filter bed designed for comprehensive water purification using ion exchange. The filter bed improves water quality by reducing hardness. The station is equipped with: a Clack electronic multi-port valve, a pressure tank, a high-quality multifunctional ion-exchange media, and a brine tank used in the regeneration process. The system is characterized by high efficiency (mixed counter-current or co-current regeneration) and reliability.

Abrasive feeding systems

Automatic abrasive feeding system – 200 kg.
Includes sensors that alert when abrasive levels are low,
and an automatic shut-off. Simple electrical controls;
requires only clean, dry compressed air.
